This week our special guest was apologist, philosoper, author and professor, Dr. Paul Copan, Professor and Pledger Family Chair of Philosophy and Ethics at Palm Beach Atlantic University and President of the Evangelical Philosophical Society (EPS). Dr. Copan will be discussing how to answer some common objections to Christianity as discussed in his book, When God Goes To Starbucks, a wonderful guide on doing conversational apologetics. We will also discuss his book, Is God A Moral Monster, and how to make sense of what appears to be a contradition in the character of God from the Old to the New Testaments. We will discuss a number of topics that will help to strengthen your faith as well as provide answers to questions that you may have regarding the Christian Faith. Does God Exist Debate: Matt Dillahunty vs John Ferrer

Defending the atheist position will be Matt Dillahunty, a self- proclaimed former fundamental Christian turned atheist and host of the popular television show, The Atheist Experence. Defending the Christian position will be John Ferrer, who received an M. Div in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary. We will discuss arguments for/against God's existence as well as the question of whether Theism or Naturalism best explains the nature of morality. Mormon vs Christian Debate!

Join Devin and Melissa Pellew each week at they discuss topics related to biblical theology, Christian apologetics and worldview issues. This week, we had a very interesting dialogue between an Evangelical Christian and a Mormon on the topic of "Who is God?" and other key doctrinal differences between the two belief systems. Representing The Church of Latter Day Saints will be Rashago Kemp of Springville, Utah. Rashago grew up the son of the pastor of a non-denomination church and was a youth leader before converting to the Church of Latter Day Saints five years ago. Representing Evangelical Christianity will be Michael Willenborg, graduate of Southern Evangelical Seminary with a Master's in Apologetics. We will also take your calls at the end of the show with questions directed at Rashago and Michael. You do not want to miss this interesting croosfire dialogue as we closely examine the teachings of Mormonism and orthodox Christianity and how they differ.

Sola Scriptura Debate!!

We will also have Christian counselor and Southern Evangelical Seminary graduate, Mike Kozlinski, with us after Dr. Geisler to discuss biblical Christian counselingand how knowing theology proper, anthropology, soteriology and apologetics informs one's ability and approach to counseling. Hey folks, been a while but I am back and will be doing more blogging regularly and plan to finish the book of 1 John.  I wanted to post the latest episode of our weekly apologetics show I do with my wife every Thursday from 6-8 est.
