Greatest Hoax on Earth Part 2
Jim Cantelon speaks with Dr. Jonathan Sarfati about his book "The Greatest Hoax On Earth" which meets Dawkins "The Greatest Show on Earth" head-on. He answers Dawkins challenge. He shows that to believe the Bible's account of Creation/Fall/Redemption does not commit intellectual suicide, but it is the intellectually superior position.

Scientocracy Rules
Welcome to the Scientocracy, where unless you fully accede to the consensus view, then your opinion not only doesn't matter, it might even be dangerous. On this episode of ID the Future Casey Luskin shows how a recent move to redefine scientific literacy from an understanding of science into wholesale capitulation to the "consensus" damages true scientific literacy -- including the right to debate and dissent. Luskin's article appeared in Salvo Magazine. For more information on Salvo, visit www.salvomag.com.

Can God's Existence be Demonstrated? (William Lane Craig)
Robert Lawrence Kuhn (host of PBS' "Closer to Truth") asks philosopher and theologian William Lane Craig about whether God's existence can be demonstrated or not. Questions explored: Can you demonstrate God's existence mathematically? Does an argument have to convince everybody in order for it to be valid? What are some of the best arguments for God's existence? What is the Cosmological Argument? What is Leibniz's argument for God's existence? Does the contingency argument depend on a universe having a beginning? What is the Teleological Argument? What is meant by Fine-Tuning and Intelligent Design?
And Much more!!!

The Universe : The Edge of Space
The majority of space has occurred in Low Earth Orbit, around 120 miles above sea level. For a cool $20 million, any person can take a ride on the International Space Station, around the 1,100 mile band around Earth. Commercial prospects for LEO are huge, there are big dangers lurking for anyone interested in traveling this way, such as radiation, , cosmic rays, and space debris numbering in the thousands threaten any spacecraft traveling in orbit. It's a new frontier and maybe the final frontier, and the possibilities are endless if you are willing to travel to the edge of space exploration.

Who Wrote Mathew? Part 1
Matt Dillahunty is an outspoken atheist and the host of the show "The Atheist Experience". This is a live call in show where they challenge Theists to call in.
Dillahunty the week before was saying nobody knows who wrote Mathew, and a 15 year old kid Kabane calls in and in my opinion cleans Dillahuntys clock!
@1:32
Dillahunty completely exposes his bias against the supernatural by saying that Kabanes problem is that he is comparing the NT to the same tests we would any other work in History. This is called "special Pleading".
"Special pleading is a form of spurious argumentation where a position in a dispute introduces favorable details or excludes unfavorable details by alleging a need to apply additional considerations without proper criticism of these considerations themselves. Essentially, this involves someone attempting to cite something as an exemption to a generally accepted rule, principle, etc. without justifying the exemption."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_pleading
@ 2:19
Kabane exposes his bias against miracles by rejecting any text if it contains miracles and putting them in the myth category.
So instead of looking at the evidence and investigating the arguments for the resurrection he simply rejects it from the start because of his presupposition against miracles. Kabane does a great job of exposing the hosts presuppositions!
@5:30
Dillahunty says he dosent believe a text that contained miracles because its not enough evidence for him. The problem is that the resurrection is a historical event thus only has historical evidence to support it. You will see as this goes on Dillahunty continuously makes a category mistake by thinking we need to use the scientific method to test miracle claims that happened in the past.
@ 7:22
Kabane again exposes Dillahunty and his continuous special pleading, bravo Kabane!!

Who Wrote Mathew? Part 2
Kabane nails Dillahunty here on his subjective claim that "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence".
@2:00
Kabane nails him again and exposes him for his bias against Theism.
@3:17
Matt again makes a category mistake by saying the scientific method is the best way to find truth. While this maybe true in the area of science, it is a category mistake to assume the way to get to the truth of historical claims is by the scientific method.
Dillahunty espouses the view of "scientism". Scientism claims that science alone can render truth about the world and reality. This is a classic example of why this view fails! When dealing with historical claims one must use historical criteria, NOT the scientific method.
@8:20
Dillahunty shows that he would never be open to believe in the resurrection because it is a historical event which can not be put under the scientific method.
So it is not a rejection based on the evidence for the resurrection, but he rejects the resurrection because of his philosophical commitment to "scientism".
@9:00
Kabane asks him if in his view that science is only informer of truth. Dillahunty says emphatically no, and then goes on to say no way of finding truth has been shown to be better than the scientific method. So he again double speaks trying to hide his bias and commitment to scientism.
Again, on his view he could never look objectivley at the evidence for the resurrection because it is a historical event and not able to undergo the scientific method, which he claims is the best and most reliable way to find truth. This is just a basic category mistake on his part which is a logical fallacy and Kabane did a great job exposing his views!

Who Wrote Mathew? Part 3
Here Dillahunty demonstrates his bias against the supernatural. Historical claims can not be tested by the scientific method because they are events which happened in the past. How can one use the scientific method to see if Abraham Lincoln did certain acts in history?
Historical claims must be evaluated by the criteria of the historian, not the scientist!
@5:08
Matt really shows how self refuting his position is by claiming that miracles are testable, and then in the next breath says the scientific method is repeatable. A miracle by definition is a one time event. If a miracle continued to happen over and over again, it wouldnt be a miracle but part of natural law!

Who Wrote Mathew? Part 4
Kabane sticks it to Dillahunty hear and dosent let him weasel out of his previous claims about Mathew!

Why Apologetics?
In this video Dr. Norman Geisler explains why we need apologetics so badly in the church today. Unfortunately because the church has gave up the life of the mind, Christians are leaving the church in droves!
Dr. Geisler in this interview gives good reasons as to why we must take back the life of the mind!
